Ritsuko has only been working in her first job for one year, but on some evenings she feels totally exhausted. All the sitting and the hectic pace of everyday office life stress her. One evening she discovers the poster of a yoga school. In Ms. Kiyomi's classes she soon learns how to leave the stress behind and always get fit and fresh for the next day.
