Momori Ichibata, a first-year high school girl, has a strong sense of justice and hates bad guys. Momori sees three thieves running away from the school one night. Momori chases after them, but they escape easily. The next day, Momori is told by the student council president that thieves are appearing quite often these days. Momori disguises herself as a man to catch the thieves. However, the thief who appears turns out to be the student council president himself!
