Ko Ikuta, a lonely boy, lost his mother when he was three years old, and his father wanted to establish himself as a writer, so he entrusted him to his older sister's house. His aunt's house runs a fishing tackle shop, and the only place he can stay is a small chair in the corner of the shop... Includes the title work "Umi ga Naru Toki" as well as "Fuuen" and "Suna no Shozo".
