The setting is the near future, where cyborg technology to remodel living human beings has developed. Cyborged humans gained strength, and gangs that use their power to grow their organization are dominating some cities. One day, a cyborg girl named Mako comes to Row, a man who works for a living cyborg agency in the city, and asks, "can you interview me?". However, cyborg children are outlawed. The friendly Row decides to hire her, even though he knows she was in a former gang. The action comedy series begins.
