Takumi Nishimori has had a string of misfortunes, like the bankruptcy of the company she joined as a new graduate, and being unfairly fired from her part-time job. At her wits' end, she happens upon a bakery that is hiring. The manager is a man named Asahi Kudo, a fierce-looking ex-delinquent who is far removed from the image of a baker. Unemployed and attracted by the high hourly wage, Nishimori takes the job anyway, but she is constantly flustered by the manager's behavior…! His manly attitude, kind words, and the occasional glimpse of his delinquent side all combine to make her heart pound in various ways…!!
