Hayakawa Akira, a third-year high school student, changes seats and sits next to his childhood friend Kuno Sumiya.



Akira, who has many friends and is active, and Sumiya, who likes astronomy and is quiet. The two grew up in the house next door from an early age and were best friends despite their opposite personalities. However, when they were in elementary school, they had a trivial quarrel, and couldn’t say “I’m sorry” to each other, so they became estranged.
