Kiryuu Akira is an unknown actor and while he was looking for a partner to mess around with one night, he met an odd man.

"I couldn't take my eyes off of you... because of how foolish you were acting."

That man is Oomae Takao, a science researcher who is also a weirdo who claims to be "looking for love" for various reasons. Besides that, Oomae is also Akira's ex-classmate who back then had claimed to be Akira's fan.
