Yamada is afflicted with a strange disease and has to ejaculate once every three hours as a result. However, he has now broken both hands and ended up in the hospital. As a result, he has to ask the nurses in the hospital to take care of his needs.

- The CG collection was revised in order to be resold before the release of episode 1.
