Risou Janshi Do-Topper

A Do-Topper is someone who can stand at the top of the raging wave that is mahjong, a game where even professionals can lose to amateurs. The story follows two of those Do-Toppers, Hiiragi and Kawara, as they manipulate the odds to their favor to become the ideal player, clashing with each other over different styles of play; only one can stand at the top of the mahjong world!
