Otoyan
A sushi chef from Osaka, Otosaburo Hanada (commonly known as Otoyan), lost his fiancée to an illness, and even after a year had passed, he was unable to concentrate on his work. He ended up being taken care of by Akane Sushi in Tokyo due to the arrangement of his master who couldn't stand his state.
After many twists and turns, Oto has finally recovered from the past.
Otoyan struggles and grows through sushi competitions, helpers at other restaurants, and relationships with troubled customers.
