Contact bans, patrolling police officers, the constant fear of getting infected: The coronavirus has changed the world. Social distancing is the new normal. The effects of the pandemic have also hit the economy hard, and even Makoto's father's company is struggling to survive financially. One day, Makoto is sitting in the classroom with three other classmates when the world suddenly changes dramatically again: The entire human race has disappeared in one fell swoop - except for Makoto and his three classmates!
