When a new instructor is hired to teach at a high school where violence and sexual deviance reign, she decides to take the law into her own hands. However, she soon finds herself overwhelmed by the student body and their self-appointed enforcement squad, whose tyrannical control has spread not only among the students, but to the staff as well.
