In the picturesque town of Kuraoka in Fukui Prefecture, the Kuraoka Sake Brewery has been making sake since the Edo period. Akane Kamio, who inherited the brewery after her father's sudden death, converted part of the brewery into a small ryokan called "Kura no Yado."
