Hinode, a university student in Kyoto with some leisure time from not going to class, meets a mysterious woman on campus. However, this woman named Takashina is not a student, but a NEET. After noticing that he has some free time on his hands, Takashina asks Hinode "If it's okay with you, why don't you go out with me?"
