Park Do-Hun, an intelligence agent who does not hesitate to use violence and torture if it is for the sake of his country and people , is recruited by a South Korean agent by chance and ends up making a secret deal that should not be done... This is a full-fledged period noir film that realistically depicts the chase between agents in the midst of a public security crisis in South Korea in 1987, ahead of the Olympics and presidential election, based on actual historical events.
