The story is set in the Mukojima neighborhood of Tokyo-shitamachi. On nights when you want to have a drink with some friendly folks, how about a warm cup of sake at Sakanatei? The restaurant is run by Ayana, a young proprietress born and raised in Tokyo-shitamachi, and who is quite a gourmand herself. Working alongside her is Iwao-chan, a burly but quiet chef who is a master of seafood preparation. The regulars at the restaurant have been quietly watching over their slightly awkward relationship, until a young newcomer came in and begins to make some brash comments.......?
