Hiromi Honda, aka Hiroppe, is the most popular girl in school. Every morning, when she wakes up, her first words are "I must do my best!"...

Then one Sunday, a strange young man comes to visit her. He was dressed in ratty clothes, had a raccoon dog on his shoulder and demanded a meal. I don't know anyone so dirty! But he claims to be Hiroppe's cousin!　Plus, he's a transfer student at his school!
