Dr. Koto alias Kensuke Goto manages a small clinic on the Koshiki island. On the remote island's far south, stays Takashi, Kyo, Miyuki, and Kou, the Koshiki 5th grade primary school students. They are full of spirits and curious. Koto watched them with great love, but frequent incidents beyond expectations...
