It’s the season of cherry blossoms dancing in the breeze. Hanashi Nao, who had passed the university of his choice with flying colors and is now a freshman, isn’t exactly feeling thrilled. Mumbling to himself about needing a part-time job, he is suddenly approached by a man. The man, Uryu Mashio, tells Nao he’s recruiting for a video production club that offers a daily allowance, despite being just a club. It seemed too good to be true in this day and age, but Nao, easily persuaded, agrees. Mashio, a year older than Nao, dreams of becoming an adult film director. However, his skills are questionable—he fumbles with his phone, his movements awkward and restless, showing no signs of talent. He seems like a total clunker! And yet, the content of the video—just something simple like kneading water—somehow captivates Nao, who can’t seem to take his eyes off the phone screen showing Mashio’s work...
