Denpa-kei X Encounter
Recently, a mysterious "strange radio wave" has been affecting communications on Earth. When researcher Fron traces the source of the wave, she finds Shano, an alien who has made an emergency landing on Earth. Shano seems to be having trouble repairing her spaceship.
