Aiko, an ordinary high school dancer who hasn't danced since she was ten, went to an audition for N.Y.D.C (New York Dancing Company) as an attendant for a friend Mayumi. There, she meets Takashi Kanzaki, a famous jazz dancer who acts as a judge for this audition. Unforunately, nobody passed the audition, but Kanzaki scouts Aiko as part of a new international team. Aiko's dream to become a professional dancer has begun.
