Bengoshi no Kuzu is about Takeda Masami, a new lawyer and fellow lawyer Kuzu Motohito, who Takeda is teamed up with, and how they deal with different court cases.

Bengoshi no Kuzu received the Shogakukan Manga Award for seinen/general category in 2007.
