A middle-aged man with a comical appearance is brought to the Nogata Police Station for a minor assault. The police dismiss him as a mere drunk, but during the interrogation, the man predicts that “there will be an explosion in Akihabara at 10:00 a.m.” Soon after, an abandoned building in Akihabara explodes. Is it possible that this man is the one who set the bomb? The man then tells the police, “There are three bombs. The next one will explode in one hour.” Can the police stop the subsequent explosions?
