Princess Marisa of Bengaria recently lost her twin brother. Enveloped by a huge sense of loss, she decides to take a trip to Brazil. There she meets international businessman Damaso. His eyes seem able to sense Marisa's lonely solitude. Her attraction to him leads them to spend a passionate night together, but he walks out on her the next morning. One month later the newly pregnant Marisa finds Damaso before her yet again, insisting that they get married. What is he talking about?
