Se-Hwa Lee deals drugs to pay off his debts, but his life is disrupted when he is taken in for questioning by military officer Tae-Jeong Ki, who is investigating the drug ring. Their relationship soon becomes sexual, and Se-Hwa realizes that the key to his freedom might be found in bed with Tae-Jeong.
